This is an Entry to Mid-level position.
Candidate must be able to do the following:
Install Linux OS [Centos 7/8, Redhat 8]
Setup Samba Shared Folder
Setup Cups Printing
Clear Cups Print Spoolers and Restart Cups Service.
Install Windows 10/11 or Windows Server 2016/2019
Install Microsoft Office
Backup and Restore Microsoft Office Data Files e.g. [PST, OST]
Backup and Restore Outlook AutoComplete
Setup POP3 and IMAP Email Accounts
Setup Windows Shared Folder
Configure IP Address / Subnet / Gateway and DNS
Troubleshoot why printers aren’t working.
Knowledge about SSH and Public Keys would be advantageous.
Knowledge about Mikrotik’s and QNAP’s would be great, not a requirement.
We are looking for someone that takes initiative to find a solution to a problem.
The person should be able to do their own research, not wait on someone to show them what to do.
Salary Starting at R8000.00pm with Growth based on performance.
